Forgot to dry the clothes yesterday.
I hate laundry.

@Aprazeth lol I don't actually "hate" the laundry. I don't really hate anything. At the most it's just one of those annoyances of life. I just think it's funny to complain about it and I know it's something others can relate to.
The truth is it's one of the few responsibilities I have to the household and it helps me feel like I can contribute. My girlfriend does most of the cooking and cleaning so it's nice to be able to help when I can.
Also, I don't trust anyone else not to flood the hallway. We've been needing to get the drain replaced for years because it's too small to handle the amount of water that energy saving washers pump out for the first few minutes before it goes into it's spin cycle. So I have to pause the cycle, put the drain hose into a bucket, fill it halfway, dump it in a toilet, take it back to the washer, unpause it and repeat until it's ready to go into spin mode. This can take anywhere from 2 to 5 trips depending on the load. I have to do this twice with sheets and towels because they have a second rinse and drain.
I told my girlfriend that if she wanted to get me something big for Xmass, fixing that drain would be great. (the wall has to be torn out to do it. Which means $$$)
So there you go. I don't hate doing the laundry, but I don't enjoy it either.

I mean I expected it as much, but I figured I would ask.
Sucks about the small drain, and I hope you can get it (at a cost effective price) fixed soon.

Let's break it down a bit.
What about the laundry causes you to feel this way?
What could you do (or not do) to remove that feeling from it?
I am being genuine here. I realized at one point I really did not like having to do the ironing immediately after the laundry. So I wear clothes I do not need to iron.
Genuinely curious, yet I understand if you take some time to ponder this over 😊
