@carnage4life I ordered one to replacing an old iPad I was using. A smart display for interacting with HomeKit stuff etc would be useful. Assuming it works well. Kind of like an Echo Show that doesn’t show ads or display irrelevant news.

@carnage4life We put an electrical connection right next to the wall of our front door and the staircase. That way it’s easy to use when entering, leaving and changing floors. We’re planning to put an iPad there with our smart home app open and easy access to garage gate, fence gate, blinds, outdoor lighting & power, alarm system, etc. That would also allow houseguests to use it. @carnage4life kids can facetime friends, guests can control homekit lights. Not for me but I see a market.
