My grandma served with the UN Aunties corps. They went into war-torn failed states like Russia, USA, and Britain and they healed them. So called peace-keeping forces has failed; violence, even the threat of it, begat only more of the same. It was a cup of tea, a friendly ear and a darned shirt that began the process of rebuilding shattered societies.
