It’s the USA, we’ve had fascist foreign policy for over half a century. Only now that the fascism is becoming domestic policy are a fraction of the population not OK with it.

Well, to be fair, those of us aware of it have spent decades shouting from the rooftops that the Republican Party was a fascist party and that for some reason the Democrats never did anything about it; and only now are more people recognizing it.
