They correctly identify that two big problems with the marketplace of ideas is that many are intellectually dishonest and the discussion spaces favor antagonism. Trolling gets favored.

Doesn't fedi fix this? A lack of algos and moderation for trolls where nobody has absolute power. Voting up/down replies would help too.

I wish more people here cared about this goal.
