first IP block today goes to a microsoft-owned bot scraping full videos from the rss feeds, "TPA/1.0.0" useragent fetching the rss then random spoofed UAs doing the downloads

i wonder if this is a generic videos-over-rss scraper or if microsoft is specifically interested in peertube
guess it might be a cloud customer instead of ms itself. but the whois record was for ms, and they were using a small block of consecutive IPs
this bot is still trying despite the http errors i'm giving it now. before i added the IP block this thing was using about 100 megabits
