Contemplating the mindset that computers have always been largely a negative on society; just certain historical eddies in the current like FLOSS mitigated specific aspects of the damage for a little while.

@trashheap People have been making the argument about the dangers of computers since their inception. At least from the perspective of who has power and access to the computers and what those with access and power do to others with them. Those people were right all along.
