yesterday I cut all the plywood for the carcass (yup, this is a woodworking term) of the pantry cabinet. going from blender to irl! full sheets of 3/4" plywood are very heavy and awkward to move around, but I drop them right out of the truck bed and cut them into smaller chunks with a circular saw in my driveway. from there I can more easily haul the pieces inside and cut them to their exact sizes on the table saw.

Took me awhile to get to this because I have been busy with other things but *dark souls font* rabbets and dados cut! The dry fit looks good. It was really hard to cut everything accurately because I'm pushing the limits of what my table saw can handle with how long all the boards are but everything looks close enough that it should square up decently once it's glued and clamped. The assembly will have to be done in the room I'm putting this in as it will be way too big to move after.
This is the Blender model I'm trying to turn into an irl thing.
@dthompson wow, big project! Looks like it's coming together great!
@dthompson You got this! Good luck!
next up is to cut the rabbet joints and dados to assemble all the pieces. I'm slightly nervous about getting the dados right because if those are off it's a big problem.
