What a fucking nightmare surveillance shit world they’re trying to make.
To summarize, the EU Kids Act is considering video games a service, therefore the following restrictions will apply:
- ID Requirement for gaming.
- Indie games that cannot verify your age will thus not be legal within the EU.
Applies to all games retroactively.
