@davidgerard Now taking advice from Chevron, I'm sure that will sort it.
Oh that's just Millie, stomping around the house in her exo-suit.

If the author’s profile is any indication, it’s likely Harmony was written using AI:
Oh, they’re even working on KDE plugins! 🙄

That is such a little quality of life feature not having to unplug something that might send random jitter or send the game switch input modes like a squirrel on speed o0
@bekopharm One idle stick getting a vote on the entire control scheme 😂 A per-device toggle is a much nicer fix than crawling around unplugging things.

Hi Tuxedo Team,

🙂 Einfach uns weiter folgen - Danke dir!
Baby helicoprions would be so cute. Their tooth whorl would just be a little curl and probably too big for the rest of their body.
Much to explore here.
This video is what has me thinking about these strange not-quite-sharks first thing in the morning.

The tweet that crashed NASDAQ and AI stocks in the US and Asia. Lmao. I say bring on aggressive regulations for this AI bullshit. The first step must be forcing them to prove they obtained explicit permission for every single word, video, code and image they stole from others. We need to claw back every single penny from Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic and the rest who stole data to train their shitty AI. They were so happy to see job losses & acting like brats. Fuck all of them
@nixCraft the market was showing signs ahead of the midterms. It was not threatened accountability that moved the market beforehand, it was likely that the Chinese market already dropped related to AI.
It was encountering reality. With the midterms, there's much less muddy water on the topic.
That's my read. They knew they were on a clock.
And hopefully toxic debts won't be floating this time around, impacting unrelated people.

Does it have facilities for post-fountain disposal? You wouldn't want the fountain to be spoiled by the remains. Or perhaps some kind of omnivore fish?

It's so disheartening to explain this over and over working in critical infrastructure cybersecurity full time. It's because everyone demands cheap, fast remote support and AI enabled real time telemetry and control. We’ve worked ourselves into this corner through demanding connectivity and I see next to nothing truly airgapped anymore. In fact, it’s impossible to convert some critical systems back at this point.
A lot of our power infrastructure is so complex with microgrids and renewables and real time billing and buy backs that it can’t be switched to manual anymore. A lot of industrial vendors won’t provide warranty support if their remote access is removed.
And this is all happening in super low maturity environments with limited if any cybersecurity resources or tools.
We’re trying, but the state of things is pretty dire, the barrier to basic disruptive attacks is lowering rapidly, and we can’t find enough people who understand the industrial environments and cybersecurity on thirty year old computers fast enough to hire close to enough people.

Me, at work some time last year:
boss, why are we manually checking the temperatures of the refridgerated cases and coolers and entering the temps into an iPad? We already have a sensor network installed for this!
Me, after reading the toot this is a reply to:
ohhhhhhhhh
Sorry, the app encountered an unexpected error
