Has AI been used to create this?
Do you really need to ask? 😅
One thing that other students in my year relied heavily on LLMs for was checking whether their citations were correct in their thesis papers.
You know, the thing that bibtex has automated away decades ago, unless of course you insist on writing a 50 page research paper in fucking MS Word.
We're psychology students, the amount of LaTeX you need to write a thesis here is very small (unless you specialize in statistics like I did, but I'm the only one doing that).
You can totally learn how to write a psych thesis in LaTeX over a weekend. And then so many problems just go away.
Or you could spend your already scarce money on Claude tokens, I guess.
@Pacojo cal assegurar els sous que venen d’Espanya, és l’únic que els ocupa.
@spla @Pacojo i al poble l'han escarmentat. Gat escaldat...
《Holi, ho tornarem a fer però recordeu que si no tindrem a l'extremadreta fent i desfent.
It’s a bot. I asked it to stop violating the Poincaré conjecture and conform his 3d design to Hilbert space dimensionality
Anyone have a #GNOME / Ubuntu (elementary) native #RSS #feedReader they like? Bonus points if it can reuse my #Newsblur feeds

@jgobble Nonsense. #WeThePeople won in spite of Schumer, not because of him. The DSCC and Schumer worked against progressives in places like ME, IL, and MI. They refused to fund good candidates in FL and MI. The victory could have been even bigger if these centrist corporate Dems were not in control of the purse strings. Going forward, if we are to reestablish a government by the people and for the people they must be removed from leadership.
@mastodonmigration @mastodonmigration Those candidates just did not get as much money from party sources as they could've had. Schumer recruited most of the Senate candidates - and fully funded them! Nixon & Jolly lost because FL didn't have enough get-out-the-vote campaign. They were both within 1-3 pts of winning in FL. El-Sayed won in MI because he ran a great campaign. Assuming this is a progressive win will sink you! It wasn't. It was a vote AGAINST MAGA.

Multiple planes diverted as bomb threats to commercial flights reported across Europe – https://www.theguardian.com/world/live/2026/nov/05/aer-lingus-plane-bomb-threat-europe-latest-news-updates gosh I wonder who could possibly have an interest in sowing fear and chaos in EU? #russia
@chrraz @dansup ok, the problem turned out to be that no one was following your pixel account on infosec.exchange when you posted the first 3 posts on pixel. I fixed it. By searching for each pixel posts here on infosec.exchange and that made mastodon aware of the posts. Since you’re following the pixel account here, you will see new posts show up normally. That new variable is important to know about though when I do some server consolidation.
Fellow software devs, I'm interested in your opinion.
Do you expect the "AI" bubble to pop soon?
My personal expectation is that once venture capital runs out & "AI" companies start charging realistic prices for their products, hiring humans may become a more popular choice again.
Also, more people will realize that LLM-generated code is worse to debug and maintain and doesn't deliver on a lot of its promises, therefore also making human-written code more attractive again.
What do you think?
@scy I hope.
