Trump projects his own ignorance on American voters. Trump seems to believe that if he doesn't know something, then no one can possibly know it. 🙄

"They have something about 'Republican incumbent,' tiny little letters on the bottom. A lot of people don't know what that means -- 'incumbent.' What does that mean -- 'incumbent?' They have no idea."
-Donald Trump

@ai6yr the previous house I rented had a combo washer/dryer in the kitchen. Its drying function was miserably bad, just wasted a lot of electricity to yield damp clothes. Would not recommend. Most combo units perform much worse than separate dedicated units.

I think they might have compelling evidence that Seymour was lying. We need to rake that rat over the coals.

“I just need to erase 20,000 voters from California”
“I just need to invalidate the Democratic nominee in Alaska”
“I just need to make sure that my corrupt tentacles are wrapped around Michigan tight and stinging everyone I hate is all”

Totally normal, not desperate or stupid, not what the biggest loser in the history of the planet would ever do during a big beautiful breakdown, nope

VOTE!!!!! If it didn’t matter, then why they trying so hard to stop it????

@ai6yr I believe Tarantino has real talent, but not my favorite person. I do like "Jackie Brown" and "Kill Bill".

Part of the reason is a Health NZ rule. Primary Health Organisations must unenroll anyone in prison (sentenced or on remand), however long they’re inside for (even if just for a few weeks). Health NZ told us it has done no policy work on why this rule exists in the first place.

WHY NOT?????

Vote this cruel lot OUT

@ret @neil that's a good reason! The cat doesn't need much eye keeping...
I always assume the main use for cameras is crime prevention / postmortem and maybe checking who's at the door - which are all external

@carstenfranke @JustinDerrick Ha! True.

@amadeus I got the EVO8 to work with pipewire! I had no idea that you could and had to change the audio profile with pactl. After setting it to pro-audio it worked just fine. Sorry for the noise! Maybe you could put it back but just add a note that you might need to change audio profile (e.g. set-card-profile alsa_card.usb-Audient_EVO8-00 pro-audio) or whatever the card name is from `pactl list cards`.

Don’t forget to return your ballots with no on all the statewide initiatives & peer pressure your friends! #USpol #WApol

I recently picked up this book from the early 2000s, Forces for Good https://dn720006.ca.archive.org/0/items/kathryn-a.-ann-agard-leadership-in-nonprofit-o-book-zz.org/%5BLeslie_R._Crutchfield%2C_Heather_McLeod_Grant%5D_Forc%28BookFi.org%29.pdf

It’s a Good to Great style book with case studies of “high impact nonprofits.” I was surprised to see Heritage Foundation as one of the cases. But in terms of having impact, well, no lies detected. Like an asteroid.

This is brilliant.

Particularly because that baseline is probably implemented already.

And they've fully dropped David Seymour in it for baldly lying to Mihirangi Forbes in an interview when she asked him if he or the ACT party were connected to the Atlas Network in any way. He said no. Very shamefully, NZ's civil society closed ranks around Seymour & has expelled Forbes. She need to be reinstated by the state's media with extreme haste. And all NZ Media need to disclose Atlas Network affiliation for all 'experts' they trot out. Anything less is holding the door for these pricks.
