seems to be all parodies of soviet propaganda art
- "pingu pingu" and "noot noot"
- "glory to the fifth anniversary of the proletarian revolution!"
- "(let's) build the pingu memorial¹ airtoad² squadron!"
- "the victory of communism is inevitable!"
¹ when something is named "имени (кого-то)" (usually a street or a building), it literally means "named after someone", usually after they're dead -- for instance, in post-soviet cities there can be a "улица Ленина" (lenin street) and a "улица имени Ленина" (street named after lenin)
² the word used seems to combine "airship" (дирижабль, dirigible) and "toad" (жаба)
