Humans can guess too, and at least they are aware that's what they're doing. My concern is people assuming that because "artificial intelligence" made the guesses they're somehow new information. But it's going to be like when you ask AI to "enhance" a blurry photo.

OTOH nothing important hinges on what we think ancient Greeks were doing.

They offer a genuinely good product and I think it’s important to support companies that sell a good product rather than their customers’ info.

I paid $5 for a couple of years but eventually stopped because I kept running out of searches after a few weeks. $10 a month for a search engine is excessive but 300 searches a month is too limiting.

@diw my problem was I went to find a video and then toggled the setting and it worked. But the bug is actually when a video far off screen first enters the screen - it missed the setting in that case! So I had to actually scroll one into view from way off screen to see this happen. I got it fixed now, so next build it should be good.

sadly, this may have to become the norm soon since governments and users (a term i rarely use but does describe folks who operate a device/compuer without thought or care) seem to be incapable of keeping toxic components off the internets.

@ljrk @maya @OmegaPolice @britter In Europe, there are multiple tap-to-pay options compatible with GrapheneOS. Curve Pay, PayPal and many European banking apps permit tap-to-pay. Google Pay bans using GrapheneOS and most banks around the work delegate this to Google Pay. There was a trend towards doing it in Europe and many apps migrated to it which ended support for tap-to-pay on GrapheneOS. The trend has largely stopped.

Google Pay has a monopoly outside of Europe which is the main problem.
