Do the hard part yourself, no matter how imperfect it feels. Learn and internalize how it really works. Consult guides written by human experts, and ask your fellow human beings for help. Take pride in knowledge and abilities that are an intrinsic part of your existence and not dependent on renting from corporations.

🚨 There is a critical flaw in PHP that leads to remote code execution. A patch is has not been released yet.
If you run DokuWiki or any other PHP software, I would recommend shutting down the webserver until official mitigation steps and/or a patch is available.

"CVE-2026-99999" is the fakest sounding CVE name. That is like Hideo Kojima or Kotaro Uchikoshi had just learned what a "CVE" is and decided to write a plot point about a macguffin mega-CVE that is going to cause enormous problems for the protagonists

So what I am hearing is that other people also get their openssl command wrong at least three times before making it work.
@neil sometimes I can manage it in three. And I used to work for a CDN
@misc In which case, it is an issue of prioritisation, and IMHO this is a vital topic.
