Windows 11 is failing as an operating system
Avis.

If your #openweb project isn’t using the hashtag #openweb, you might be missing a chance to connect with the wider movement, or getting caught in #techchurn.
#KISS: hashtags are shovels to compost the current piles of #techshit, not just #fashionista accessories for personal self-expression.

Since the 1980s, the pattern has been:
* Marketisation, competition and individual success replace solidarity and collective provision.
* Institutional capture, grassroots movements are professionalized, defanged and absorbed into #NGO processes.
* Conformity as the price of influence, alternatives must become respectable, fundable and manageable before the mainstream will listen.
* The closing of alternatives, radical projects are blocked, marginalized or stripped of their political purpose.
* Manufactured common sense, this whole process is presented as realism - as if there is no alternative to the system producing the mess.

listen, if:
- sam altman can say that he "will build a super smart AI and then ask it about how to make a return for investors"
- linus torvalds can use genAI to write a script bc apparently python is too hard for him
- and emudhra can use the number 4 as private key
then you can, in fact, achieve your dreams. you are forbidden from having imposter syndrome as of today.
@gilesgoat @Angelo well you can smash into the other racers to cause them to crash, and certain powerups give you a speed boost or some other benefit when you do. And it has that classic "takedown cam" view where you get to see them crash in slow motion.
They can do the same to you of course!
It doesn't have the 'crash junction' stuff from Burnout but you can see Burnout DNA all over it nonetheless.
