I don't really understand the rules it contains, but at least on my #Debian machine, it's pretty helpful in explicitly saying:
"For sites which prefer IPv4 connections change the last line to `precedence ::ffff:0:0/96 100`"
And in case you're wondering why I'd do that: My IPv6 uplink is currently significantly slower.

It's really notable that none of the worst case nightmare scenarios involving ICE at polling stations, arrested election workers, seized ballots, postal shenanigans, etc. came to pass. And that's due to tireless work by legal advocates for states and NGOs, not to mention independent judges who were willing to stand up to the administration's unlawful excesses.

I just took this short video on my phone of our two local juveniles Magpies. Their parent birds are providing them with plenty of moths and insects but it's such an honour even to have them pay a fleeting visit to the deck. Plenty of grubs in the grass below it.
