This bit o' verse seems appropriate:

Now here you are with your faith
And your Peter Pan advice.
You have no scars on your face
And you cannot handle pressure.
🎶 -- Billy Joel
They've been playing life on "easy", and they don't understand what it's like to really have to fight for something that matters.
They only know coercion and intimidation -- and that doesn't work very well on people for whom that's basically a Tuesday.
@woozle lol wow that lyric is actually perfect huh

Its strange how hostile people are being. And people are assuming everything is vibecoded at this point.
MAGA Trucker Accidentally Suggests Socialism
Why would they name a security vulnerability after me?
How do I feel about companies illegally razing forests.
How do I feel about keeping long-overdue-for-shuttering coal plants operating.
How do I feel about illegally-run methane generators poisoning the air in predominantly black communities.
How do I feel about using systems that occasionally coax children to suicide.
How do I feel about the systematic exploitation of labor in African and South American classifier sweatshops.
How do I feel about this.
How do you feel.

Do I use AI to do everything? No, as a software engineer with over 15 years of experience in the industry, you can't let AI do all the work any developer knows that at this point? It messes things up all the time, ignores design patterns, ignores best practices, writes code stupidly cloning functions already exists, ignores SOLID, ignores security vulnerabilities, and so on. But I did use it to run unit tests, integration tests, perform performance and speed tests, and even to hack my own app.
The communities are random, there's no fixed order in them. Besides, they're mirrored of other existing communities. As you can see, they come from other sources like Mastodon based on the hashtags.
Regarding the plus feature, it's a way for users to decorate their profiles. I planned as source of income to maintain the project, otherwise, the project wouldn't exist, unfortunately I would need to pay for the serves to host the app, the DB backups, the infrastructure, pipelines, buckets, well if you are developer you might understand how a platform actually works. But nothing is implemented yet, nor will it be in the near future regarding the plus.
It is a real shame that people think that this is vibecoded, without prior experience working as a developer and I am saying this because it more than enough to hit F12 and check the network tab, and the weird thing for me is that people judge because how it looks, but this is what the CSS Framework https://tailwindcss.com/ offers. However I appreciate your comment and I hope I answered your questions.
My fuzzy boys do not get the concept of daylight savings time at all, and are haunting my every step around the house desperately trying to communicate the fact that they have never been fed before in their entire lives and may perish at any moment if they do not get their dinner immediately

@georgetakei Sue OpenAI to the full extend possible. If we hold the #techbros accountable they might consider making their product safer instead of selling dangerous slop.
@evan not beyond like general political talk like on any other social media thingy.
but that was like fedi having an effect on the election, not the election having an effect on fedi.
point is that i was doing a stupid little meme with no further significance lol
@marty OK. I guess, as someone who's very involved with the Fediverse, I think the last two years has had a lot of significance for us. But it might not look that way to you.

If your “anti-abuse” security requires your software to be closed source, then your software is not secure. Well built software can be open source, and still secure.
You imply that your code could not prevent abuse if it was known, so, no offense, but that code must be pretty bad!
I like the fediverse because it distributes power. I, as a user, have the power to choose my instance, choose my moderation, choose the structure that my social interactions are built upon (threads based, microblogs, etc) and if I dont like something, I have the power to change it. Thats why open source is such a perfect fit to that model. Closed source federation then, sounds to me like you didnt get it.
Added the “make no mistakes” to the prompt, but forgot the “make it secure”. Rookie mistake.
Then I can add these rules into my code and keep refining my program so that dependence on AI is all but gone.
@yuki2501 does it work? I found the text extruders particularly bad at regex and symbolic logic type things but I got slimed out around deepseek-v3 and haven't touched the stuff since
@fesshole this slipped i to my brain, but somehow with the words to Vogue. They fit the patter and i may be ruined for life
