this is one of those times I wish I had aβ¦ wuzzut calledβ¦ rober press? big screw, pushes a thing into (or out of) another thing. thatβd be good here right?
it's not a rober press (or robur press spelt correctly) it's a ... fuck I can't remember. Kind of a screw press but instead of pressing plates together it just presses a little circle or something small into or out of another thing. Plus probably other stuff, idk. dang

Now it has prefers-color-scheme support, more color contrast ratio fixes, and a really nice dark mode! #SOGO #email #UX

Happy 4 years to everyone that arrived in the Great Wave of '22 and are actually still here. You're the real heroes.
My son is almost 12 and I've suddenly realised his childhood is practically over. It's tough being a parent, but people always said to enjoy it. All the chaos, crying and carrying on - how? Now I realise they meant the tender moments, sweetness and sheer dependency of it all.
@fesshole Don't worry, you still have decades of being expected to help. C:

Have we considered that the name βDana Whiteβ may actually be a sort of incantation or ancient script referring to some kind of human simulacrum in which we can see what our hearts desire (limited in scope to press secretaries)?

@BobWilliams @evan it's way too late for the deadline now, but I have an idea for making videos about board games. Was thinking peertube, but would in fact need the kind of developer help to get set up. The other problem though is I don't have the facilities or equipment to make videos - would the grant help (have helped) with that part too?
@mwt @BobWilliams are you asking if you could take the money and buy equipment? Yes.

βMississippi voter turnout skyrocketed this year β bringing Democratic Senate candidate Scott Colom close to an unlikely win β despite perhaps the nationβs most restrictive voting system.
βOver 950,000 votes had been counted in the race as of Thursday morning, with 10,000 or more still to come. Thatβs compared to just 710,000 total votes in the last midterms β when Misssissippi ranked dead last in the nation for turnout.
βItβs an increase of an eye-popping 35%.β

President Zelensky says Ukrainian intelligence has warned of a new Russian strike being prepared against energy infrastructure and bridges across the Dnipro River. In his evening address, he said Ukraine's Air Force and other military units are preparing to defend against the threat. Zelensky appealed to partners to accelerate deliveries of Patriot interceptor missiles, stressing that every day matters, and urged Ukrainians to heed the missile threat. #Ukraine
Most mattress companies will do that now I think. We got a Casper and they take the old one for recycling
@darwinwoodka @NorcalGma2 We did Costco last time for that, the new mattress style (like Casper) is some kind of foam which comes shipped in a tiny little box and when you open it it expands to a GIANT mattress. So bizarre, lol. The mattress we got has been great so far! (2 years in). I recall they also would haul the old mattress (ours actually had been tossed as a result of a plumbing leak here, so we didn't use that service).
