at some point the management are going to have to pay a LOT of money to get the whole structure re-greebled. there's only a few contractors who even know how to do greebling nowadays, since it's been seen as 'retro' for years. but it's a protected structure, so legally they have to have it done. finding someone who can operate a high-intensity lego-brick pressure-hose and is certified to work with the dangerous solvents in the traditional greebling glue is getting increasingly difficult
