A poorly written, biased article that has been thoroughly debunked over the past two days by several Proton employees.
The CEO has also provided a detailed explanation regarding this incident.
I would also like to point out that several employees have raised serious doubts about the journalistic standards of 404 Media.

My version of Geoguessr is tracking down obscure British porn stars from the 90s and early 2000s. I use context clues and information I can find from long closed production companies to track them down. I never contact anyone and a shocking amount end at an obituary.

Typically, it's suicide and 'death by misadventure' (often, from what I gather, doing lethally silly things while drunk) for the men, and suicide or drug overdose for the women.
Awfully sad, it'd be nice to see people supported better.

A family member brought a beloved x230 back from the brink with salvaged hardware from a pile of other Ye Olde Thinkpads in various states of disarray. This machine has been around the world a few times, a lot of gigs.
Thought we'd slide #FreeBSD on it, and that turned out to be a good idea. It really is quite lovely.
Quick install, no fiddle really I put my A+ fav window manager on it, DWM (URL in the pic).

I see a lot of people who are very silent about all the horrible racists in their own lives, but who are eager to bash Dem leaders for not being left enough.

Yup. When holding such views becomes socially unacceptable change follows. Like smoking in public. Once it became the subject of ridicule it became easier for people to quit than endure others distain. Racism needs to be treated with scorn.

Why does this happen to good engineering teams?
Because during an incident, a hundred people pile into the Slack channel and nobody owns the comms response.
Legal wants to say nothing. Engineering wants to explain everything. Meanwhile, an outsider's theory is upvoted to the top of Hacker News while the team rewrites a Google Doc again and again (and again)
