We don't talk enough about the taxonomic class wealth divide. Of the 3,428 billlionaires in the world, 100% of them are mammals. Not a SINGLE reptile billionaire. Disgusting.
@lowqualityfacts I think you should fact check this information
@Npars01 @ChrisMayLA6 There was a cartoon (today it might be called a meme) going around on Twitter about a dozen years ago.
Two men in suits are speaking. One says, "What if we train our staff and they leave?" The other says, "What if we don't train them and they stay?"
I shall add more funnies to the docs I write, this is hilarious.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us.
Proton is not doing layoffs and using AI as an excuse. We actually have a big shortage of talent and are actively hiring across the org:
https://proton.me/careers#jobslist
AI is changing the tech industry and we, like everyone else, need to evolve our ways of working to remain effective in our industry, and to deliver features faster to users.
Proton exists to protect privacy and give people control over their digital lives. That commitment guides how we evaluate and use AI, including the tools we use internally. We see opportunities to build better products and work more effectively, but using AI requires judgment about privacy, security, accuracy, and where it adds actual value.
We are assessing how colleagues are adapting to these tools, what support they need, and who can help lead this work. We're 1 🧵

I used to just… not vote. Didn’t like the people running but they were all mostly the same in my eyes. “Do I want this rich old white dude or that rich old white dude”
I didn’t even bother.
Then a rich old white dude came around that was actually measurably worse than the other rich old white dudes. So I had to start voting against him.
It sucks. I want to go back to not caring.
