Is there interop with OSM? Happy to see CC ownership of community work. OSM currently does the whole review thing, I’d love to see them work together
OSM doesn’t do any sort of reviews. This does interop in that all the reviewable features are features from the OSM database.

We get it, you hate tankies a weird amount.

can we shout out to the fediverse developers, for making the fediverse possible
shout out to the lemmy developers for not making us be stuck on the other site
shout out to mastodon devs for making us have a better life than on Twitter
shout out to the pixelfed devs for allowing a actual photography platform to exist
shout out to the peertube devs for helping us not be stuck on youtube until the end of time
ETA: Shout out to the server operators who make the stuff be done

Are all prominent FOSS maintainers actually assholes?
@0xSim i'm a prominent FOSS maintainer and i think of myself as a kind, soft and empathetic bunny
@oemb1905 useful concept. I think I may be landing at "genAI should never take a creative role," but there may be some distinction between the idea of it creating a finished product vs an outline from notes vs a skeleton for 500 unit tests without any non-boilerplate code.
additional context: I haven't used genAI for dev assistance yet, but at this point what I want in a coding assistant is less "barf out reams of code" and more "be a pair programmer who helps me puzzle thru things in English."
@oemb1905 one other aspect for me is that, again thinking of my fantasy pair programming model, a big reason I'm interested in the tech is as a prosthetic and/or assistive device for pretty severe ADHD. if I spend 8 hours hacking on something with it, and it can potentially aid me in remaining aware of things in hour 8 that we explored in hour 1, that'd be amazing.
so apart from maybe expanding the high-use part of your scale, you might also want a modifier for if it was used as assistive tech.

LOL. Dude, you are either disingenuous or clueless and I can’t decide which.
Being anti-Zionist isn’t being antisemitic. Facts don’t care about your feelings. Democrats have been just as bad, if not more in favor of Zionism as the republicans have been.
But we are changing the party.

China did not begin the genocide of Palestine. It was on going long before Oct 7 and was started by Israel.

Tankies aren’t republicans. And I am pretty sure they’re not pro-genocide. Or pro-israel, for that matter.
@inquiline good question. On something like this, voice mail and email are great -- it's really the number of calls and letters that matters.
CA senators are the least accountable and responsive, and it shows. it would be fine if they always voted well and didn't need to be called but that is not the case! lol
ugh wtf is wrong with me
Ayyyy, I got included in this blocklist by an imperial agent. Mom, I made it 😭
This list includes Palestinian accounts, mutual aid participants, and people who have been advocating for them, such as @gazaverified @gaza_verified_accounts @aral @fabio
@monaant @nemo @chielk @tsbasatoru and many more
That classist list was shared by a USian imperial cunt using the #MutualAidRequest hashtag in their toot. Amazing.

Also, the same USian imperial cunt wrote an essay on why you're utter filth for making use of your free will to make a conscious choice to contribute meaningfully in solidarity with Palestinians. The post is long and full of projections.

They've already blocked me because I'm on the VIP list, uwu 😻
It's always people who are barely above the poverty line who hold the most self-righteous contempt for dispossessed communities and those who stand in solidarity with them, all for daring to find alternative ways to survive without relying on politicians or governments.
Not my first rodeo, either. I've already lost accounts across Meta's platforms amid this same kind of lateral violence against Palestinian solidarity and mutual aid. It even got to the point where some people in the US and NL tried to report me, an Indonesian in Indonesia, to the police and sue me. For what? For advocating for people who need mutual aid while I MYSELF also need mutual aid. Damn, some people really want others to die so badly that they just gotta invent a reason.
Apparently, the Fediverse isn't immune to it either.
Do what you will with that list. @mutualaid
#Palestine
#Motorola’s new #Signature27 has it all if you can stomach the $1,600 price tag
@thenewoil why tag with #FOSS ?!
The standing stones are sleeping. They have stood guard forever, they will wake if needed.
They haven't needed to in living memory.
The standing stones are sleeping, but as we got up this morning, they stood sleeping in a different field, the other side of the village.
Still, they are sleeping.

Reviews are out of scope for OSM

Eh deleted all my reviews after google accepted a claim that my 3* review of one shitty ass shop in Germany was defamation, ignored my response and removed it. Hell, I’d argue it was net positive review (otherwise not wouldn’t be a 3* IMO), but the abuse of the system in Germany is wild and clearly Google doesn’t give a fuck just like the rest of their products.
Anyway still waiting for opportunity to “transfer” all my photos from google maps. Ever since they changed what counts as storage use in drive, I’ve used maps to store useful or nice photos from hikes/parks/nature that I didn’t necessarily wanna keep stored on the phone.
Edit: ooh this also does mention the export/import of photos. Guess I gotta try it!
@MiseryPath all die handgeschriebenen Zettel mit Notizen, wo für was wohin geklickt werden muss - die verlieren alle ihre Gültigkeit! 😱
@thomas
So ungefähr, ja.
Sorry, the app encountered an unexpected error
