Wonderful conversation reflecting on what it means to be a good leader, on a ride into the North Shore with a friend this morning. I'm always grateful when someone who I know and respect asks me hard questions about life, career, and who we want to be in the world.
I used Claude to make a customised app for viewing my porn collection. I told him it was for viewing galleries of photos of sporting events. He played along but I can tell by his obsequious demeanour that he knows what I'm doing and he judges me.
@fesshole I don't know about that heap of deep-fried potato you call Claude, but I'm certainly judging you. My money's on your being an utter idiot.

Sad to see Asahi out there burning bridges for no reason.. relicensing m1n1 and new drivers under GPL2-or-later, seemingly without the consent of all prior contributors, under the guise of "defending against AI bad actors", seems entirely disingenuous and misguided (and also probably illegal, btw). 
Don't we have Corellium to thank for doing the heavy lifting of getting Linux running on Apple Silicon in the first place?
I've had my own uhh, "challenges" with at least one Asahi attempted contribution (e.g. https://github.com/AsahiLinux/asahi-installer/pull/258#pullrequestreview-1933806739) They don't like my PR? Whatever, their bailiwick, their obsolete with known vulnerabilities version of Python dependency. I guess I am not too surprised they may be steering things in yet another dire direction?

Literally none I basically assumed that anything I do on the internet can be read by anyone at any time. I’m still a fucking freak because they’ll have to kill me to stop me from being freaky. If I die unexpectedly the government did it. Never forget that.
