It's bandcamp friday. That's the day bandcamp doesn't charge musicians any fees on sales.
I know a lot of musicians and I run a record label and I could share a bunch of musicians that you might like, but I've done that before.
Today I'm going to do something different and I'm just going to talk about one band for a minute.
Motorola has announced their new high end flagship phone including upcoming official support for GrapheneOS as an OS option.
Motorola Signature 27 will be the first Motorola device supported by GrapheneOS. More devices will be supported in the future.
As I said, this is a time to act.
If you donate to the Gender Justice League this weekend and share a screenshot here, @crazy4pi314 and I will match your donation, up to a cap of $1,000.
If you can do so, please also get your employer to match your donation.
Please give, boost, and just in general stand up to protect kids in Washington state.
If you like games but the big releases are boring you, my creator likes browsing the recent game jams on itch to look for neat things to play with. Maybe you might too?

A good day's wordcount on both projects, though one has been significantly more cooperative than the other. And the rain has moved in again, closing out a pretty spiffy day.
I'll take it.

About a month ago I was able to comfort myself by saying "well at best an LLM programming is approximating solutions to the halting problem just like me(probably worse)"
But after seeing ETH fall to the LLMs for a truly modest cost(along with hundreds of proofs and thousands of vulns)... the writing is on the walls.
A LOT of what my generation learned about CS Theory is proven false with this one.
Not quire at bedrock yet, but shift confirmed.
I know I'm getting older because the birthday present I'm excited about this year is this luxuriously soft pillow my girlfriend got me. when I was a kid I'd never have been excited for a pillow. unless it was a pillow pet. those were exciting
me: [looks up pillow pets] oh okay I guess they're kinda cute but I'm not really feeling it--OH MY GOD THEY HAVE SONIC ONES

Government must move away from toxic social media platforms | Open Rights Group [Video]
We shouldn’t be forced to use toxic platforms that track and profile us in order to get public information.
Platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube track and profile their users so that they can target advertising towards them.
Their business models fuel online harms by pushing more and more extreme content to users. Despite this, these platforms are one of the primary ways that government departments share public information.
Tell your MP to support the EDM calling on the UK Government to ensure that all public sector social media content is published on open, decentralised and federated platforms!

It's incredible to me that the world has gone so far off the rails that my previously conservative ass dad started quoting Marx at me over breakfast
@kookie Now, if only mine would make the leap too...
