As a creator myself, much appreciated. I wish more people would do this.

And folks, if you can’t or don’t want to give someone money, even just clicking the like button or leaving a comment is a great way to help a creator for free.

Making videos is a fun hobby, but lots of work, and I think most people don’t understand the amount of work that goes into it.

Yesterday, voters made it very clear that they want a new generation of Democratic fighters.

We need a leader in the Senate who is capable of leading that fight.

It’s time for Senate Democrats to choose new leadership.

@mike in Canada?!

I suppose ol Elon has that Canadian citizenship..

...yeah, no, not happening. Just absolutely not gonna happen.

I'm gonna roll around in the relief, maybe down an edible or two, and gird myself for the real work beginning tomorrow.

“Why don’t we run the taskbar and Task Manager at high priority, so they can remain responsive?”

Another interesting post from Raymond Chen, this time about the difficulty of dealing with a system that's become CPU-starved. The question is simple: why not just run Task Manager and important parts of the UI like the taskbar at a higher prio

I'm particularly interested in perspectives from people who aren't Christian on this question:

Who do you think Jesus was (or is) ?

All answers welcome - this will feed into a discussion in one of my classes tomorrow. Thank you :)

@mastodonmigration @jaykuo That’s my senator! Looking forward to her on the senate floor and I hope to see her as president one day.

Also props to Tim Walz, he understood the assignment.

@glynmoody Can't say I'm surprised.

@ai6yr @paul_ipv6 @MCDuncanLab Before my health issues I liked to go out at night when it was cold, down to -40 F/-40C was coldest, for star gazing. No F'ing mosquitoes then, and sky is clearer. Also if there is snow, you can make custom bed/recliner for perfect naked eye viewing without neck bothering you.

💜🧡 HOFFNUNG IN FASCHISTISCHEN ZEITEN:
Antifaschistische Aktionstage mit »widersetzen«

📅 Dienstag, 15.12.
📍 Magdeburg

Jetzt erst recht!

Wow, THREE SEPARATE pedestrian fatalities at this one spot. East Wonsley Dr and the I-35 Frontage Road it appears.

8/2/26, 11/1/26, 11/18/26

Need to see what is particularly fatal about that location.

@yon @jaykuo

Isn't she fantastic!

If there are two things I learned from Boy Scouts they are:

1. you can't rely on external guides or organizations to teach you how to be a gender that you aren't; even if it teaches you ways that gender is expected to act, allowing you to mask better

2. be prepared!

@fesshole long ago, we revoked America's New Food Invention license. (The tipping point was of course those awful orange slices of cheese rubber.)
IF your husband is American, and
IF he is far from any food production company, in the privacy of his own home, for his own consumption,
THEN this practice *may* be acceptable.

I'd still divorce him but.

@Migueldeicaza now it’s your turn!

@futzle crazy crazy crazy!

2/2

Honor your mother and your father, for they gave you the first and greatest gift — a beginning.

And never forget: you're the best.

Not because someone told you so, but because I see it every day in your stubborn, restless eyes.

This is for you.

Go take what's yours. ⚡
