In the SEIU v. USDOJ case, the one concerning an injunction to Trump regime to stop threatening election workers and officials with prosecution, a very unusual process is now occurring.
The Ninth Circuit consists of 29 judges total. When an en banc hearing is held, in the first instance only a subset of these hears the case. That’s what happened earlier today, when the subgroup lifted the injunction. 1/ #LawFedi

@lightweight there was an effort to strengthen QGIS for NZ government use but somehow all of the Councils want to pay for ArcGIS – which I think we should all be able to use, as subjects of the same Crown that the Councils are entities of.

@martzell The existing vertical list of tabs is not the same as a vertical primary tab bar. I’d say the current (pre 27.3) is confusing really, because it shows the same tabs in two places at once.
