I wish Courtney Milan were here, because this is the truest hot take.

I continue to love this for us.

@mattblaze The workday was almost 15 hours from picking up the judge at 545am to delivering results to the election commission by around 9pm. Still, it was very interesting and rewarding work; I look forward to doing it again.

@carnage4life I’d have hoped the North Koreans had the good tact to not tell his current employer he was applying

@fribbledom UBI, food, housing, and health as basic human rights. Saying it can’t happen is submitting to the script before you even picked up a chefs knife and a milk bottle full of gasoline.

Solovyev is very sad about Shitstain getting absolutely carpet-bombed in this election:

If I'm mathing correctly, next May is the 19th birthday of the fediverse, see;

https://fediverse.party/en/post/fediverse-12-years-in-2020/

So I aim to have all the info on fediverse.party shipshape and Bristol fashion in time for a modest relaunch of the site on that date.

Then next November, fediverse.party turns 10! See;

https://fediverse.party/en/post/fediverse-party-turns-five/

So I'll be aiming to complete a major technical rebuild in time to celebrate that in style. We recently started plotting that here;

@AnarchoNinaWrites Hakeem Jeffries and Chuck Schumer must be removed from Dem leadership. This is the most important thing right now. Nothing else comes close. Everyone should be contacting their Representative and Senators and demanding they vote against these weasels.

Update: Phanpy is now working!

@jeff yeah farmer's markets are so fancy in north america. so dumb. here they are just normal. you can tell it's the farmer cause they're old and grizzled. i rarely go to the supermarket. maybe only once a month. can buy meat, eggs, and everything from the farmer's association. sometimes i go to the farmer's association "grocery store". only go to costco for american junk food, and cheese...maybe once a month.

that's a lot. wow. but also, cost of living/salary so different for you too.

@tootbrute we have farmers markets too. But they're pricey, and I'm always suspicious if they don't provide info on their farm location and tours.

I usually spend $350 if it's just for a family of 5 per week, or $450 if I host a get together

Died once (too many Hippogriffs), level to 7, now fishing (so have time to chat), crafting basic gear (skinning/leatherworking), then will go get food & bio.

And I got a ridiculously better sword from random crab near town.

Hi, greetings from PieFed. I see two posts in this group/community: “Circle Up” and this one I’m commenting on. The other posts don’t federate it seems.

Looking forward to more interconnections between the threadiverse and fedizen.
