Hello Again, Friends.
I must once again ask for your assistance. Just as my scheduled hours at work finally started picking up, my partner's hours at his job have dipped. I've also got to make a hefty ($250) auto insurance payment since we've been carrying a past-due balance for so long. I've got to keep that policy active so my partner can commute to work.
We've been living in this apartment that we love for almost a year now, and we've only been able to do so because of the community here on the #Fediverse. Your generosity has subsidized our very survival.
Unfortunately we still need your help. (I know. Trust me, we're tired of it too.) We're trying our best to get on our feet and life is really fucking frustrating sometimes. We get knocked down, but we get up again. You're never gonna keep us down. Anyway, we want to hang onto this amazing apartment but we can only do so with your support and generosity.
Dammit I'm tired. So very, very tired. I desperately need to get my shit together but goddammit I'm so fucking tired. I promise you we're trying our best.

Je näher die nächsten Wahlen rücken, um so mehr reift die Erkenntnis in mir, dass die #DiskursMacht der Plattformkonzerne ein massives Problem für die Demokratie ist – und dass daran vermutlich keine Regierung oder Behörde etwas ändern werden.
Aber wir können etwas tun. Hier im Video ist eine Idee, um die Legitimität und Relevanz der Plattformen für den politischen Diskurs zu reduzieren.
