warframe's time loops are basically the opposite of guild wars 2's time loops

like in guild wars 2 if you find someone in a time loop they'll have outdated ideals and be really racist just as a result of when they're from

but in warframe's time loops everyone who matters remembers all the previous loops so they've been living with modern knowledge for many years regardless of how long ago they were born
