@fluffy have you narrowed down which direction it's in? you said "sending" earlier, if that's for sure the issue i'd expect the nginx logs response sizes to be the most helpful here. I've been using "goaccess" and sorting by transfer size

@fluffy i was just thinking something quick and dirty, run "iftop -i lo" and see if the :3000 bandwidth is anywhere near your problem 40 Mbits. it's not normal for the backend to get the bulk of the high bandwidth traffic really.

@fluffy oh yeah, if you are looking at loopback you will need a tool that parses http headers to see what traffic comes from what host

what's weird is that it seems that 99% of my traffic is coming from toot.community which is supposedly shutting down? and is also not a peertube instance to begin with? maybe I should just block it :/

@kevingranade No, this is all regular workouts. I did 3x5 of those, and then 2x5 RDLs @ 245 and 2x5 squats @ 175, plus warmups and a couple accessories.
I did skip out on the glute bridges, cuz I didn't have time
@jenniferplusplus yeeessss that's the real stuff. I very occasionally go for a one rep max but mostly stick to my regular sets.
I very much doubt I'll be trying for a one rep max DL or squat pretty much ever, I'm not confident enough in my back bracing.
Back and shoulder lifts and leg presses are fair game though.

@irene My coach wants me doing my FI3 with my free leg behind me the whole time so it's a) aiding the turn and b) ends up pretty much in position to start the toe jump (I'm not sure that one is an explicit reason but it's something I noticed was a result).
Of course due to scaredy-brain I can still only do the turn near the wall and the jump as a walk through while holding the wall, so not sure how much extra stretch back I'd need if doing it for realsies.
@zeborah exactly me too! I’m still a little wobbly on the 3 turn with my leg extended the whole time because my instinct is to tuck. But I just started practicing it. It’s not so scary because I’ve gotten my waltz jump down pretty well so the last part is basically a waltz jump (but not the dreaded toe waltz).

If your server is very busy, it may place the automated deletions in a queue and deal with them later. It can sometimes take a while for them to actually happen.
If it's been a really long time and they're still not deleted, check your settings (more info at https://fedi.tips/deleting-posts-automatically-in-mastodon-after-a-certain-time-period) and if the settings are correct ask your server admin about it.
