@ArneBab verjagt alle Publisher und gebt die Spiele ihren Schöpfern zurück? Oder Pen&Paper? Ich muss sagen, dass ich nie eine fesselndere Kampagne gespielt hab. 🥺
@technokrat das wäre schön. Beides.
MassEffect habe ich nur als Spiel-Video geschaut … (sah aber verdammt gut aus).
* because 7 is greater than 5 most of the time when you add it to a two digit number you must carry which is another opportunity to make an error.
* it is not a multiple of 2 so you can't use counting by twos to help
* 9 is easy and there are may tricks to remember the multiples of 9s
* Therefore 7 is the most troublesome number.
The Goose Programming Language
What an appropriate name! The Goose Programming Language was not valued, because it's entirely slop.
Now, this is a case of a codegoonder not being left behind (too much)! They chose1 the name based on a meme that's only a few months old!
Congrats!

@encephalophone the hater of himself esteems and admires himself as the best and most qualified to hate himself. The esteem and the admiration can be kept as eternal. The hate - who is the hater and who is the hated? It contradicts itself and vanishes. Praise “Bob”.
@onan This is exactly how a rear axle differential works. I think. I don't really know. I'm not very well read.
Teddy asked to go outside but once he saw how wet it was he decided he didn’t need to go out in it that badly. Now he’s back on his bed.
@futzle same, Teddy
@LeslieBurns I wonder if it’s just terminology. Like, I lived in Dayton for a long time, I was aware that there were restaurants that served a particular local favorite type of pizza. But I don’t think I ever heard anyone refer to it as “Dayton-style.” It was just a local peculiarity.
We Do have that kind of local novelty here in Roch-cha-cha NY. It's made by a restaurant called Nick Tahou's and it's called a "Garbage Plate". It has a wikipedia page, but I would never classify it as anything other than a local novelty ever. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Garbage_Plate
Any of my audio peeps going to #AES #Nashville next weekend?
I've been with my girlfriend for 13 years. We have a house and two kids. We're not fussed about marriage, but the real reason I haven't proposed is because I have too many friends who'd think they should be my best man and I can't be bothered with the fallout.
@fesshole I don’t understand people like this. Getting a house together and especially having children together is a more significant commitment than marriage.
@Brett_E_Carlock Sadly no. 😕 The writing is boring and cartoony while the story is bland and pretentious, I don't like how the characters are portrayed either, and the gameplay is… I didn't really played 3D Sonic games after the first Riders, except Generations many years after its release and I didn't like it, but damn Frontiers' gameplay is so bad and janky, line Generations' but way way worse. Sonic Adventure 2's janky gameplay is rock solid in comparison.
@KekunPlazas
Ahh, okay. Perhaps on a steep enough sale, then. The OST is decent, at least.
The Queen is in a good way of recovery; and Sir Francis Pridgeon hath got great honour by it, it being all imputed to his cordiall, which in her dispaire did give her rest and brought her to some hopes of recovery.
@technokrat dann braucht es mehr selbstgestrickte Spiele :-)

If one understands that all of these models are just sarcastically parroting what people have said about their conspecifics
@GhostOnTheHalfShell I wish the article had included the prompt(s) used; their absence is a bit sus. The LLMs could easily be just turning in a homework-assignment (more or less what you're suggesting).

Home to supper and to bed, where to my trouble I find my wife begin to talk of her being alone all day, which is nothing but her lack of something to do, for while she was busy she never, or seldom, complained.
@samuelpepys Elizabeth needs a hobby. We know she's literate in both English and French; has she thought about keeping a diary?

It seems like Trump has been reading some poetry.
"Gather ye rosebuds while ye may..."
When you need to multiply 7*8 do you simply have it memorized, or do you need to add, subtract or otherwise connect it to another math fact that you know better?
That is do you simply think "56" or are there more thoughts that lead to 56?
@futurebird for whatever reason the multiples of seven (especially * 6 and * 😄 tripped me up until I forced myself to more actively try and memorize them.
Hey remember me? We were kids together. Will you marry me?

Yay! I figured out Syncthing and got it running! It works! This is going to make working on different laptops SO much easier! And my iPhone can connect to it as well!
Thanks to everyone who suggested it! The Fedi comes through again!
@Mrfunkedude
Syncthing is generally sweet.
Been entertaining it for about a year so far
