2025: Mitra 4.12.0 came out.
A year ago today, FediDB counted 32,266 servers and 11.80M accounts. Today: 37,023 servers (+15%) and 14.53M accounts (+23%).

@geoffduncan @NigelTufnel @GuitarSith I’m on iMac with logic but I have stayed a few versions behind to avoid AI as much as possible. 
@ambergrey @geoffduncan @NigelTufnel @GuitarSith My MacOS is now two versions back, and I won't be updating it. I know there are plugins that still don't work with the next version, and I know the version after that takes a chunk of disc space for AI.
The machine is the very last i7 Mac Mini anyway, so we're heading for the end of the road. When I complete the transition to Linux using the Thinkpad I've set up, I'll put Linux on the Mac Mini as well: after all, it does have 64GB RAM.
Automatic focus changes are usually a thorny issue when you go through by accessibility experts, since they can make blind people get lost.
But clearly that would be an improvement over focusing on the popup title as it does now, which makes no sense at all.
I'm not liking the redesign at all. Most of the changes are for the worse, IMHO.
@jcurioso The dialog does more than one thing and has horrible button placement, so focusing on the title does make sense (the dialog itself would be better, but there are technical reasons we're not doing that).
The modal wasn't changed in the redesign by the way, and we want to improve it in the near future.
I refuse to play it your way! Why would I select some old rock stars or pampered celebrities when we've got so much great music right here?

I think the UI is better than new reddit, but if it's more complicated, maybe that'll keep stupid people out. Let them stay on reddit.

Did anyone else, maybe older like me, grow up listening to a narrated Peter and the Wolf with orchestral accompaniment? This was huge for us as children. We had one of this little record players with a handle that you could carry around and I do remember listening to this nonstop.
