@Luca_FIRE la generazione invece è fatta partendo dalle descrizioni e da alcune altre indicazioni extra (avevo fatto un lavoro di partenza senza AI o quasi (da foto, o con mashup di immagini) - e avevo in mente il materiale originale dei libri - quindi avevo una idea di cosa volevo - ma quel giro preliminare - pur buono secondo me su alcune immagini - non era omogeneo)
@Luca_FIRE queste erano quelle su cui avevo fatto invece un lavoro manuale - quando ancora (tra l'altro) cercavo di capire se riuscivo a farle stare tutte su un disco solo

Just finished threading the heddle for my next band. This time, I planned my own design—basically a riff on the chainlink pattern. #weaving
I’m itching to use yarn colors that are more my preference, but I feel like I have to use up the free yarn given to me by my weaver friend and the lady who sold me her loom. It’s all just practice at this point, so it’s fine.
I’m still waiting on my cotton harvest so I can get back to spinning, and gathering info about the larger loom I just got. #Fibers

there is worse php than wordpress out there. remembering the time i had to administer magento. it was routine, and recommended in the docs, to set permissions to 777. nothing fucking worked or made sense. i can't say what we were paying for it, but i *can* say it was publicly priced at $13k/year for 4 users. i ran it inside a concrete sarcophagus with a 30km exclusion zone, made of severe apparmor (or was it selinux?) constraints and a once a second cron job to chmod -R o-w on directory trees it REALLY REALLY WANTED to 777. i don't recommend magento.

My PHP workers are not allowed to write to directories containing static code. Regardless of what the scripts want.
If that makes the application fail, the application is obviously not suitable for my usecase…

it's apparently a two person development team and they did the art and animation and sound design and gameplay and pacing really good and I don't think even the really good game companies could do that with just two of their employees
also the only things I can think of that this game could possibly be "DEI" from are that the main character is a woman and that black people exist in the world
but there's not a single line of dialogue in the game that isn't the tutorial talking directly to the player
and the same curator liked some games that have both women and non-white characters in them so it's impossible to know what they were angry about
