If someone asks you why they should join the Fediverse..

If any local politician, library, park, or museum asks you why they should be on the Fediverse..

The big platforms have their places, but we can’t depend on them to link us when it matters most.

Just a few days left until new bills drop for our #Fediverse services and we still need a few hundred euros

Today I’m finishing up another batch of voter turnout cards. Here’s the last one of the day!

Send this photo to your American friends who are “on the fence” or “too busy” to show up and vote.

Amo la fruta pero la fruta generalmente no me ama, por suerte la mayoría me tolera pero de vez en cuando me pega un codazo como muestra de disconformidad

“This is what they do. They offer a BS excuse that doesn’t actually address their years-long history of systematically undermining elections.”

Ezra joined The Majority Report with Sam Seder to discuss Meta’s censorship of No Kings on No Kings Day.

@rwg Yup.

BlueSky is a step in the right direction. I’m concerned how they’re going to show a profit on the $100m investment from Bain Crypto.. but it’s still a step in the right direction.

Positive reinforcement works. So whether we’re training dogs or multinational corporations, let’s reward them for the small steps forward, then offer biscuits when they do the right thing 🐶

Last week, Mobilizon was invited to a “free software design clinic.”

This clinic helped us redefine our priority: everyday users.

We receive feedback mainly from the open-source community and the Fediverse. This inevitably influences which issues we prioritize.

But the representatives of this community, who joined the clinic, want above all to bring more users onto Mobilizon.

So we’re going to reach out to people who aren’t familiar with nor interested in open-source (if there are ;)

@card what's my card for today?

My main memories of attending The Dolls:

- Drinking chamomile tea
- Eating sandwiches
- Meeting friends
- Sharing clothes
- Being less lonely

It is really a shock and a shame to contrast those memories with this news. I'm very upset and disappointed.

I've already made an illustration about that.
