I recognise that spa visits can seem like a luxury; I'm not sure that's entirely true. Taking the waters at a spa like Bota Bota or Strøm in Montreal costs about CAD$75, although you can get pretty good discounts, especially on weekdays. Even at full price, that's about 2% of the monthly income of a median worker in Montreal ($50K/year). That's a lot for monthly visits, but going 2-4 times per year is within reach (ymmv).
Whether you want to go is up to you, but I think going to the spa is awesome.

I probably go to spas two or three times a year most years. I really enjoy doing the full water cycle -- hot, cold, rest, hot, cold, rest -- and taking some time to read, hang out with friends, meditate, nap, and relax.

i think people should also know that you're also able to migrate your bsky account (your posts, following, followers, feeds) to another pds and client (blacksky, witchsky, wafrn, etc) without losing anything, in other words completely separate your account from bsky

Happened to come to #Paris today, landing in a warzone. Of course I had to get myself right in the middle of the late action 😅 Felt a bit nervous at Place de la Republique, since the police seemed to start to circle it, clocking exits, and it was getting somewhat heavy in tear gas. Managed to exit the way I came thankfully.
Also had my first "run from a #police charge" moment, as the crowd on a street suddenly started to run towards me, from the dropping tear has and police charge.
