@OctaviaConAmore@cutie.city i'd definitely like to see more reliable stats and citations around this subject. you're right that we've been hearing all sorts of views supporting either extreme case, so the disinformation machine is still very much in full-swing regardless of whichever outcome was actually the reality.
i've definitely gotten very fed up with how often i have to second-guess half of what i read, hear, and see online. it's exhausting
