A #rebus is a #wordplay #puzzle combining images and letters to represent a word or phrase.

Words are represented by combinations of pictures and letters; for instance, "apex" might be represented by a picture of an ape followed by a letter X.

Moving left to right "say" the images in English and mix in the letters to complete the answer.

Read and reveal the rebus.

The rebus should be interpreted from left to right.

As a small effort to avoid a direct transcription, I will describe the combined images going from right to left, trying to help the sight challenged, but with the hope that I don't spoil the puzzle outright for anybody.

only just now realized that when someone on wafrn boosts/reposts/"rewoots" a post that's a reply to someone else, the post that it's a reply to also shows in the wafrn UI, as if you boosted both of them !! i was getting so confused about why random replies of mine were being boosted by wafrn users

I know I let our Pixelfed community down by focusing so intensely on Loops from August 2025 to 2026.

I said I would come back to Pixelfed after FediCon, and finally launch the new mobile app and webUI redesign.

11 backend releases later, Pixelfed has caught up with several backend bug fixes, performance improvements and new federation support (Quote Posts, Starter Kits + more).

Now our new mobile app is rolling out, and the webUI will follow later this year.

5.3 just entered beta. Among other things (gaussian splatting, dispersion, NPR lighting nodes, DLSS, etc.), the video sequence editor got quite some stuff! @gaditb @cwebber @bremner @aparrish Chicken Scheme is also slop-free and UTF-8 internally, recently gained R7RS support, and can be compiled to C for performance, as well as interpreted. The C can be compiled with Zig as well as other compilers.
