@i0null I suddenly remembered why people used to put cats in bags

In related news, pot-plant watering can wasn’t flowing well at all so I checked for a blockage. #frogtober

I mean, very calm, far from reality just imagine [meditative music starts] :

You had spent the past 3 years fulltime to build a codebase for 3 different fedi-projects on #deno
What would you do, what would happy trees do and what would Jesus have done ?

@glyph @danielittlewood @cwebber @jlink If every corporation is practicing copyright infringement, the legal system designed to uphold capital will bend into non-Euclidean shapes to preserve the pursuit of capital.

Linux Magazine talked to us about how and why we build Bonfire.

What we want next is "not a bigger Bonfire, but a network of cooperatives covering the whole supply chain of a community's digital space", who "do it together" rather than leave you to "do it yourself".

Because "federation, we don't see it as just a technical thing. We see it as a social, economic, and political tool as well."

Also happy to spread the love for @coopcloud@social.coop, @coquest@social.coop, @SocialCoop@social.coop and more, check out the links at the end of the article! Thanks to @horncologne@fosstodon.org for a lovely conversation, and @linuxmagazine@fosstodon.org for publishing it, in a piece that also features the great @cwebber@social.coop and @tsyesika@mastodon.nu from @spritely@social.coop.

ah… the cyclic take of "is programming art?"

I think we had that covered when settling the "are videogames art" debate

This heavily depends of what you think something having "meaning" is and what you think about "bad art".

There can be "bad art" that is as meaningful as "elevated art"

Everything we do can have meaning and be a part of us, because personal is politics (Lo Personal es Político)

„Nur eines, so sagen nun mehrere ehemalige Kunden der beiden, passiere am Ende selten: dass #Mehles und #Hanning Probleme auch wirklich lösten. Vielmehr würden sie Versprechungen machen, die sie nicht halten könnten. Und würden mit ihrer Firma System 360 absurd hohe, nicht nachvollziehbare Rechnungen stellen.“
