A recurring speech I’ve been giving to my team at work is that technical skill is no longer enough. Being able to write code, create PRDs or design in Figma is simply not enough.
What we most need now from people is good judgement. AI agents can do the technical things but they lack judgment.
@carnage4life I mean. That is not a new skill. That was always needed as a good software engineer. What you now need is endless patience to deal with slop shit and gazillion time you need to slightly rephrase so the slipper doesn’t fuck up the whole code base
