Full body massage this evening was DEFINITELY needed. One of my shoulders is still sticky but I’m walking and breathing better than I was before.

@ZaphodOfTexas a friend of mine touched my shoulders ONCE, said “Oh, you weren’t kidding about storing all your stress there.” And immediately gave me the contact information for her massage person. 🤣😅 my massage lady uses her elbows a LOT but she’s the only person who has ever been able to get my shoulders back into place.
@RavynWitch There are times when I wish I knew of a reputable massage therapist. My back is prone to knotting.
