@mason@partychickens.net Upgrading from 16.0 to 16.1 moves the default kernel form one with a patch for the latest TCP vulnerability to one without the patch. And there is no patched kernel for 16.1 yet. Thankfully I can just boot with the old one, but it's still a gigantic WTF.
@lightspill Ah, thought you meant their ditching 10% of their people for LLMs. The two are likely related. SuSE morale has to be TERRIBLE right now.
@mason@partychickens.net I'd forgotten about that. Though I bet my co-worker who used to work for SuSE before they ditched their Ceph effort has feelings about it.
