@linear Makes me wonder how it could deal with vax-floats.
@lanodan@queer.hacktivis.me the bit format being different can probably be abstracted away at a performance cost, but the exception behavior being different is what will really trip things up
@lanodan@queer.hacktivis.me there's been talk of doing this sort of thing for C applications as a sort of pseudo-softfloat build of NetBSD, which would enable python to work
