Allergies? Upper respiratory virus? Side effect of recent dental work? The plague? Ebola? Captain Trips? t-Virus? Bitten by Dracula? (anyway... wondering if taking a bicycle ride will help or hurt). 🤪
@me_valentijn Yeah, good point.
@giflian Hopefully not!
@ai6yr that and/or monthly hormone shifts sometimes make me feel like I'm getting a cold when I'm not (and I know you weren't brainstorming, I'm being silly)
@giflian Bummer. Took a benadryl this morning because after taking the dog for a walk started upper respiratory symptoms big time (sneezing like crazy, runny nose). So it's probably allergies. But I was already on non-drowsy allergy pills, which should have kept that from happening WITHOUT resorting to the benadryl. (so, probably allergies). It rained a lot last week so everything is blossming. I don't usually have a lot of issues, though. But I already was having some issues related to dental work, so it's probably all confused. 😬
@ai6yr I'm on week 2 of a temporary dental crown so I hear ya
@ai6yr
Exercise won't help with any of those, and can be a really bad idea for some of them. Take it easy 🤗
