I'm not even mad at all the people who criticized me for working on Loops and not Pixelfed.
I feel bad for letting them down, but I promised our Kickstarter backers, and NLnet that I would build Loops as a federated and fully open source platform.
So I did.
Now I'm back to focusing on Pixelfed, we shipped 11 huge updates in 2 months, squashing bugs, delivering long awaited feature requests and making account migration work.
Now it's your turn to tell me how I can improve Pixelfed 👀
@dansup anyway to make the hashtags federated? It is hard to not pick a big instance of it is harder to find content
@dansup Upon detecting a slopper, have it cover them with flesh eating beetles.
@dansup Your project is inspiring! I’ll back when my next paycheck comes in. In the meantime, reach out to Caleb, he may be able to help you reach your project goal quickly: https://www.fiverr.com/s/jyegBgw
@okiksco not fiverr 😭 im good thanks https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/pixelfed/pixelfed-foundation-2024-real-ethical-social-networks
@dansup I'd like the possibility to swipe to watch my pictures : see next and previous without coming back to global. It seemed a natural gesture for me and I was disappointed when it was not working
@dansup quick creation or adding to collections from the profile grid . Something like that
