Went to a trivia night at my husband’s work and whoever put it together obviously used AI for the questions and slides.
It was so sloppy! Verbose, incoherent questions, incorrect and repeated words that affected meaning, text explaining the wrong answer instead of the correct one.
You can tell when a quiz writer doesn’t play or like trivia. This was even worse. The disrespect! You don’t even proofread it? And in front of all your colleagues! I do not get how people do this.

@lynnandtonic all of this sounds miserable. As someone who pub quizzes, this is so so disheartening.
@gastonrampersad It was so brutal. And not fun which feels like the most important thing.
@lynnandtonic At a company event a few months ago they did PowerPoint karaoke with AI-generated slides. Under normal circumstances PowerPoint karaoke is already hit-or-miss, but this was bad to the point where I just wanted to leave the room so to not experience the cringe anymore.
