I would like to live in a country with a sensible progressive government again please
@aurynn I'm feeling quite dejected too

I've been feeling that way since I found out Sinking sHipkins was staying on as Labour leader, and Robertson and Parker were leaving. Wrong way round.
I'm feeling pretty thrilled about a few things tonight so far. Opportunity getting in is one. The Greens epic result is the second. TPM keeping most of the Māori seats is a third. This isn't a win for Hipkins, which is a win for me.

Then there's Willis, Goldsmith, Bishop and Brownlee kicked to the kerb. Well deserved. Hopefully that Hamilton cooker joins them. Brooke Van Velden not even being in the running is still a good news story too.
As in 2023, not a great result for Labour (nor did they deserve one), but an even better result for the left and the environment. In 2029 we need to be campaigning to replace Labour, not prop them up.

@aurynn "again"? Where do you live to even remember having had one?
