FOSS (is or) has become a way for companies to share employees while avoiding most of employer's "duties".

If correct, this means that (F)OSS is simply a shared pool of collectively-hired employees used to dramatically shrink the expenditure required to build and maintain surveillance and military tech, Big Banking software, Big Finance, remote attestation by-vendor, mainstream (SaaS-like) "AI", or "industry standard" technologies that can't be meaningfully deployed outside enterprise.
(F)OSS is _probably_ bad for you and your neighbour.
