deer jumped into my car on Highway 101 in downtown Reedsport
I'm ok (wasn't going very fast), deer ran away so who knows, car is driving fine but needs to go to the body shop for a bent fender next week
the 20 minutes I spent in the rain in the dark looking for the deer in case she needed to be euthanized weren't great, but on the other hand I didn't have to euthanize a deer in the rain in the dark with a pocket knife
and it took me hours longer than usual to drive to my folks', both because of this whole business and because it was raining so hard I was just creeping along
anyhow the great thing about tomorrow is that it isn't going to be today, because that was one of the worst drives I've done in a life that's involved a lot of driving in tough conditions
