FFS if I ask for the length of a vector I *don't* want an integer value telling me how many components it has. FFS.

@mrsbeanbag the velocity vector of an entity, whose length I was using to drive an odometer for each entity, which I was using to collect segments of a trail to be drawn behind each entity as it moves. If the actual delta is of the order of 0.02 per step, and the odometer is instead adding 3.0 per step because when I asked for the length of the delta vector it returned 3, then things very much Don't Work.

@mrsbeanbag oh just c++ and glm. You'd think they'd have a better name for getting the number of components.
Anyway it works now and my little vector fighters draw trails nicely.
